DJ Free Leonard, a member of the White Earth Chippewa Tribe, who was born in Oakland, California, is currently working on his new full-length album which is being Executive Produced by Ras Kass. They recently teamed up on the chart topping “Freedom” song breaking down the case of Leonard Peltier, a Native Political Prisoner. DJ Free Leonard has recently gained support for his Hip Hop Activism from Big Boy, B-Real, Redman, Mya, Scarface, and many more!
