Lyric Jones Taps UHMEER For New Single 'In Due Time'

On the heels of her Warm Audio performance at the 2025 NAMM Show , LA-based singer, DJ and multi-hyphenate Lyric Jones returns with "In Due Time", her first new single of the new year released today (2/28/2025) on all major digital streaming platforms. After penning the lyrics to the song over a different instrumental, Lyric left the song untouched for nearly two years. With the eventual help from producer Ian Wallace , "In Due Time" was able to come closer to its final form. The track was finally pushed through to the finish line with the addition of a guest verse from UHMEER . "Initially, this song was just a demo with a rap verse by me", Lyric explains. "I eventually reworked the lyrics to fit seamlessly with the new production ideas Ian sent over, then we finalized it over a few Zoom sessions together.
