DEFENDANT #25: RONALD DION DESANTIS #15976 (The Vernon Patterson Dossier)

Role in People v. Michael Taylor (XNEGA111132)
Ronald Dion DeSantis, Governor of the State of Florida and a licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar, was formally placed on notice of constitutional violations, civil rights deprivations, and criminal fraud in the California judiciary after being copied on multiple public interest emails sent to courts, prosecutors, and officers in Los Angeles County and across the California court system.

Despite having clear professional and ethical obligations under the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct — particularly Rule 4-8.3 (Reporting Professional Misconduct) and Rule 4-1.6 (Confidentiality of Information) — Governor DeSantis failed to acknowledge, report, or inquire into any of the serious allegations brought to his attention.

Summary of Involvement
Nationally Copied on Evidence of Constitutional Violations:

Ron DeSantis was carbon copied (CC’d) on numerous digital communications documenting acts of misconduct by California public defenders, judges, court clerks, and doctors. These included:
  • Allegations of fraudulent psychiatric filings;
  • Sealed court orders unlawfully weaponized to detain a pro se defendant;
  • Ex parte judicial decisions suppressing defendant access to evidence;
  • Forced medication and commitment based on void proceedings.
Received but Did Not Engage:
In all instances, the only response from DeSantis’s office came in the form of an automated reply, stating:

> “Due to the volume of emails sent to the Governor, there may be a delay in responding… you may wish to view the Governor’s website.”

This message, sent repeatedly, never referenced the content of the allegations, acknowledged their seriousness, or referred the matter for further review.

Dual Capacity – Governor and Licensed Attorney:
DeSantis is not merely a political figure—he is an officer of the court, bound by mandatory reporting obligations as a member of The Florida Bar. The complaints he received implicated criminal and ethical violations by fellow attorneys and judicial officers, meaning he was not at liberty to dismiss the matter without inquiry.

His failure to act, even administratively, constitutes a breach of his legal and professional duties.

Why He Is Defendant #25 in the Dossier
  • Received direct evidence of civil rights violations and fraudulent court proceedings—and failed to respond, acknowledge, or redirect.
  • Failed his mandatory duties as a member of The Florida Bar, which include reporting known misconduct that raises “a substantial question as to honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness.”
  • Used boilerplate administrative filters to deflect notice of federal and state rights violations, in violation of his oaths to both state and constitutional law.
  • By declining to act when placed on direct notice, he knowingly insulated institutional injustice, thereby becoming a national actor in the cross-jurisdictional failure of due process and equal protection.
> “When the voice of a violated citizen cried out across state lines, DeSantis heard it not as a Governor, nor as a lawyer — but as a gatekeeper unwilling to unlock the threshold of justice. In the Dossier, he is the face of interstate indifference cloaked in professional immunity.”
