Michael Taylor Explains How Fraud Was Committed by The LA County Public Defender's office

So, here's what happened:

1. My own lawyers used my religious beliefs to determine my incompetence in a legal capacity without prior judicial authorization.

2. The judge accepted this document, then transferred tha case without giving me a fair, court-ordered evaluation as required by law.

3. Hollywood court accepted the jurisdictional transfer without scrutiny or lawful basis and denied me all due process on challenging tha assessment's clearly evident fabrication(s).

4. Public defenders then filed tha assessment in Hollywood court after tha transfer from Pasadena court, even tho it is clearly addressed to a Pasadena judge. This indisputably constitutes fraud as it was knowingly and intentionally submitted, accepted, and filed in a public, government office where it DID NOT originate in.

5. This violated ALL of my constitutional rights, including the federal right to vote in elections, based on being legally declared incompetent stemming from a non-court ordered assessment.

6. The court is refusing to dismiss in the interests of justice, and have silently tasked all court-appointed lawyers with denying me any ability or opportunity to preserve issues for appeal.

7. The court is refusing me an evidentiary hearing but still plans to take me to trial. They are trying to deny me a fair trial under the color of law.

And so when I tell you these things and you do nothing about it, I understand why tha headline of this issue is literally "The People" of The State of California vs. Michael Taylor. If California has tha world's 5th largest economy, then truly, it is me against tha world in tha truest sense.

Now, why is this an issue, right? What is it about this matter that should be cause of YOUR concern, particularly? Please, let me explain as practically as I can:

Public officials within the state government are just that...public. They are, in one way or another, to any degree, tasked with protecting the public. An integral part of protecting the public requires code enforcement. But, when tha state violates these codes in the midst of a criminal prosecution against a defendant, they are essentially violating "legally enforceable" rights of a peaceful citizen (theoretically). These violations are matters that indeed MUST be addressed as or before they happen because no criminal prosecution warrants any significant violations of constitutional rights until a judgement or verdict is reached. But, before there can be a fact-finding trial verdict, tha law must be applied equally. This is not my opinion. State and federal legislatures have codified The Equal Protection clause long before I was born. This is a national principle recognized and acknowledge by all levels of government within the United States.

Now, when tha conduct of state officials rises to tha level of fraud, any attempt to cover this up would pose a direct and credible safety risk to the public. Because I have been dealt with by democratic court officials, they seem to think that majority rules, and that's what's actually dangerous about democracy. Thankfully, we actually live in a republic. Therefore, there are checks and balances that prevents tha majority from overruling society and further prejudicing already marginalized groups. And California has a liberal Democrat governor, whom I never voted for, who appointed the corrupt Judge Ronald Owen Kaye, who literally weaponized competency proceedings against me.

I beat this case tha day they filed that assessment in court on 2/14/24. But, in actuality, I beat this case before it even started! How? Because if they knew they were already going to predetermine tha neglect of my constitutional rights, then truth is, they always knew they never had a case.

Fast coming are tha days when I will receive my blessings for all tha Heart I put in this world. The prejudicial denial of equal opportunity will soon be lost on me! I'm done asking permission.

So, what has started as a tragedy, will soon turn into arguably one of thee biggest political revolutions of tha 21st century. The reckless and negligent abandonment or forfeiture of our constitution cannot be without bloodshed.

So, how have I withstood tha world's angst against me for so long? Calling on THE NAME of The Lord Jesus Christ. Because fortunately for me, I don't possess malice in my heart. I possess tha capacity and will to accept correction. I have taken many many losses with grace and acceptance. In fact, if you called me a loser, you wouldn't be wrong. But, like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, it's because I lost, that makes me a winner. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Oh, tha first shall indeed be tha last! The weak shall shame tha strong, as tha dumb will shame tha wise.

Jesus Christ IS God almighty. Because at tha end of tha day, I don't see anything wrong with loving God and loving my neighbor as I love myself. The ultimate code to live by.
