Torae Will Teach Music Business College Course In Brooklyn

As seen on  BILLBOARD , a new hip-hop education course, “The Business of Music”, is an eight-week course taking place this spring semester at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY  conducted by  Torae . The class will examine important aspects and tools of the music business. This class is designed to educate aspiring recording industry professionals; you do not have to attend Medgar Evers college to enroll. “The Business of Music” will be taking place from February 26th to April 15th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-9pm. Kobe Bryant: The End of an Era

On Sunday morning, January 26, 2020, the sports world was rocked by the news of a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California that killed all 9 people on board. Among those were 41 year old Kobe Bryant and his 13 year old daughter Gianna Bryant. Also on board, John Altobelli, 56, his wife Keri, 46 and daughter, Alyssa, 13. John Altobelli was the longest running tenured coach at Orange Coast College where he mentored many players, some who made it to the Major Leagues. FOS – “Farmers Delight” (Video)

The Bay Area is responsible for some of the notorious acts like Mac Dre and Too $hort. Arriving on that same sleeve of lyricists is FOS, who’s passion for music began in sixth grade after learning how to read and write music. After being in a group for some time, FOS went solo in 2010 and it served him well. Today, he shares the music video for his recent single titled “Farmers Delight.” As the title hints, the track is all about the world’s favorite drug, cannabis, and it’s effects. Sacramento’s Bugbee Talks New Hit, Upcoming Album & West Coast Hip Hop

The 26-year-old saw an influx of attention last year from his Above Average project and now he’s back for more. Today, Bugbee treats fans to his brand new video for “Fast Money,” a slow-motion banger accompanied by cinematic visuals. “The “Fast Money” record represents getting to the bag by any means necessary,” Bugbee exclusively states. Check out the video and our interview below. How did you initially get into writing and recording music? I was selling weed to a dude in college who had a studio. He heard me freestyling one night and offered to give me his audio equipment to record and I dove in, kept learning, investing in myself and never looked back.
