Mistah Wilson:  Yo, Key Lewis! It’s truly an honor to have you here with us for this exclusive interview with ThaWilsonBlock Magazine! How ya’ doin’? Key Lewis: Spectacular, loving life! Dreaming about the dream! Mistah Wilson:  Before we go any further, can you give us a quick background on yourself? Key Lewis: Certainly Mistah Wilson:  How was life growing up in Sacramento, CA? Key Lewis: Grew up on the South-side, Oak Park, Meadowview, the early days of my childhood was a little rough, living with my grandmother till I was five, not knowing my biological mother. I was one if those kids that wanted attention, being silly, and always the center of attention, helped me deal I think. My pops was dealing with some demons, I ended up being a ward of the court and fostered from about eight to twelve. My father after he got me back, was my rock, through it all he has made sure I am alright, I love that dude for that! Mistah Wilson:  Can you tell us a little about what ...

Bing Bing attends Hathaway-Sycamores “Celebrates Children” with Western Theme Gala

For those who may already know, Bing Bing spent most of his childhood & adolescence in foster care. After emancipating from the system, he's received much help and resources from Hathaway-Sycamores Children & family services, a well respected organization that helps former foster youth transition to independent living. Today, Bing Bing is an alumni who has made a personal commitment to the advocacy of his fellow foster sisters and brothers approaching emancipation.

Grimstyles & Bing Bing #NeverGiveUp

"Music is a beautiful thing. It brings people together regardless of race or religion. Let's continue to bring it together," says Bakersfield rapper Grimstyles , who's been inspired by the #BringingItTogether movement. Grimstyles performed at The Element: Hip Hop community gathering in Pasadena and took this picture with Bing Bing . Artists also in attendance were Imani Akil , J. Byrd , RD Peace , Maca , Speaker Creatures, Big Lyrik, and more. You know what they say, if it's cliche, it's probably because it's true. Grimstyles birthed the #NeverGiveUp tag on his journey battling cerebral palsy and still managing to become the great artist he is today.

Bing Bing at PCAC with Butch Thompson, Micwom, Tobi Hero, & Lyndrum

Photo by Stephanie Cunningham Back in 2012, Bing Bing was met with Butch Thompson , Micwom , Tobi Hero , & Lyndrum at Pasadena Media's old facilities in the historic Hen's Teeth Square for a photo shoot around the time the group performed at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip. Formally known as PCAC, Pasadena Media has since moved to South Los Robles, closer to the city's operational entities.

Bing Bing invites you to join his 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's team

The reason why Bing Bing is walking to help end Alzheimer's is not just because he lost someone close to him from this horrible disease. He's walking because statistically, Alzheimer's affects many of us and is significantly underfunded compared to causes like breast cancer, autism, and even charities that feed the homeless. In fact, the Alzheimer's Association isn't even in the nation's top 50 charities. Michael Bing Bing Taylor has been on a mission to make a difference for a few years now. Last year, he was able to raise around $150 to help find a cure for Alzheimer's, however, he was unable to participate in any of the walks due to unforeseen circumstances. This year, in 2016, Bing Bing is looking to raise a minimum of $1,000 to honor his mother and caregivers by joining the Grand Champion's club. "It's always emotional for me at these walks," says Bing Bing . "When I remember what brings me here, all I have to hold on to are me...

RD Peace first artist to break 1,000+ downloads on his interview w/ WilsonBlock100 Radio

Gospel rap artist RD Peace from Pasadena, California is the very first artist who achieved 1,000+ downloads of their interview with Mistah Wilson on WilsonBlock100 Radio. It came as a huge surprise because Mistah Wilson claims to not have done anything more than he does for every other artist when promoting their interviews. We couldn't tell you how it happened, but it has! The first artist to break 300+ downloads and hold it for the longest was local jazz musician Sobukwe Toure. Others artists in the 300+ download club are J. Byrd and Warrior Richardson while Meddie Lanes , Eddie G , Maca , Ramon Barajas , Mak Boss , & Neffy are well on their way.  RD Peace released a single called "The Prince" that he dedicate to his son. You can listen to the beautiful song he recorded in his exclusive interview with Mistah Wilson on WilsonBlock100 Radio. Great job, RD Peace !
