Why Birthright Citizenship Is a Legislative Matter—Not Judicial or Executive

By Michael Taylor | ThaWilsonBlock Magazine The question of who qualifies for American citizenship is not just a moral or political debate — it is a constitutional one. For over a century, courts and executive agencies have applied birthright citizenship in a way that defies the intent of the 14th Amendment and undermines Congress’s constitutional authority. This practice, particularly as it applies to children born to undocumented immigrants, raises a serious challenge: > Can individuals derive irrevocable constitutional benefits from ongoing unlawful presence? Trizz & MIKE SUMMERS Visit Hollywood In New Visual Off ‘Bassline Cavi’

New visuals has emerged from the pairing of Inland Empire/Los Angeles emcee Trizz and Kansas City producer MIKE SUMMERS (aka Seven) this morning.  “HOLLYWOOD, OH HOLLYWOOD” is taken from the newly released collaborative project Bassline Cavi (out now from Below System Records).  Directed by DMT Media Bros the video, much like the whole project evokes that classic West Coast melodicism and car-rattling thump.  As Trizz states “this sh*t is so f*ckin authentic. It got bounce, it’s swangin’ and bangin! When you hear this album, you can feel it and damn near smell the palm trees and bomb ass weed.”

The two initially met via the legendary Brotha Lynch Hung who was signed to Tech 9ine’s Strange Music (who MIKE SUMMERS was an integral prouducer for).  Trizz, at the time was part of Hung’s Madesicc Muzik label.   BASSLINE CAVI is the long-bearing fruit from that connection and also boasts guest features from Bino Rideaux, XV, T.F, ICECOLDBISHOP, John Givez and Bale.
