How a Mentally Ill Defendant Used AI to Expose a Statewide Scandal

In a stunning and surreal twist that blends the raw tenacity of local grassroots culture with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, a mentally ill indigent defendant born and raised in Los Angeles County’s foster care system has ignited a firestorm that now threatens to engulf the very machinery of California’s justice system. Armed with nothing but a smartphone, persistence, and ChatGPT, this underdog has methodically exposed what may become one of the most consequential constitutional crises in California history. And in the center of it all? Mistah Wilson — founder of *ThaWilsonBlock*, a hyper-local media platform built to preserve community voice, uplift independent artists, and empower those often excluded from mainstream narratives. Michael Taylor —whose life began under state custody—has spent decades navigating the shadows of institutions: group homes, courtrooms, and broken social contracts. Branded early with mental health diagnoses and shuffled from p...

Gavin Newsom Implicated in RICO Conspiracy to Cover-Up Judicial Fraud | Publicly Filed Confidential Medical Records of Mentally Ill Defendant

How a Sealed Court Order, a Fraudulent Assessment, and a Governor-Appointed Judge Orchestrated a Criminal Cover-Up in Plain View In a state supposedly championing progressive justice reform, the State of California has committed one of the most disturbing abuses of power in recent history — a textbook case of **government-sponsored fraud**, **constitutional sabotage**, and **racketeering under color of law**. What began as a routine criminal case devolved into a multi-year, multi-agency conspiracy — implicating judges, public defenders, state evaluators, and ultimately, **Governor Gavin Newsom** himself — in a concerted effort to falsify judicial proceedings, incarcerate a legally competent defendant, and obstruct exculpatory evidence. This is the story of how a sealed diversion order was transformed — illegally — into a **fraudulent competency proceeding**, weaponized against a defendant who refused to surrender his rights. ### **The Case Begins: From Charges t...

How A Defendant Won The Case, on Substance, in People v. Michael Taylor (XNEGA1111-32)

EXCLUSIVE INVESTIGATION "Fraud Upon the Court: How the People v. Michael Taylor Case Exposes a Judicial System in Crisis" By ThaWilsonBlock Magazine Investigative Team Pasadena, CA – In a quiet courtroom at the Pasadena branch of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, a case that began as a routine criminal prosecution has now erupted into a far-reaching constitutional crisis. New evidence and court documents obtained by ThaWilsonBlock Magazine suggest that in People v. Michael Taylor (Case No. XNEGA111132), the court may be actively concealing violations of its own judicial orders—raising red flags about judicial integrity, attorney collusion, and systemic abuse of mental health evaluations to silence defendants. At the center of the storm is Michael Taylor, a pro se defendant who has meticulously documented what he says is a fraud upon the court—an unconstitutional act that nullifies all subsequent proceedings. His evidence points to a judicial system leveraging...

There’s Aaliyah. There’s Ciara. And Then There’s Maya Huyana 💥

“There’s Aaliyah. There’s Ciara. Then There’s Maya Huyana.” That’s the kind of headline the Los Angeles music scene deserves—because in every quiet verse and soulful refrain, Maya Huyana has proven she’s a force of nature. Known also by her creative moniker YaH‑Ra, (though I personally prefer her as  Maya Huyana), she’s carved out a niche all her own: a unique blend of R&B, hip‑hop, soul, and world music that has echoed across Southern California and beyond. 🎶 A Legacy Etched in Releases From her early days, Maya Huyana has been dedicated to evolving her craft. Her REBiRTH EP , released on September 27, 2017, introduced listeners to raw lyricism and rich production—complete with beats by GoldDigga, mixing/mastering by Viva Mescal—and even scratching by DJ Drastik . This project signaled the emergence of an artist willing to bare her soul. Next came the SEA‑FOAM EP , dropping June 26, 2019. Produced by Ethan Hill, it featured standout tracks like “ HiTTA ” and “ BL...

Why People Choose Religion Over Reality

🔍 Faith vs. Facts: Why Many People Choose Religion Outside of Objective Reality—and Why That Can Be a Fundamental Error In a world filled with scientific discovery, global communication, and access to virtually unlimited information, one would think humanity would be guided more than ever by objective reality. But still, billions of people cling—sometimes desperately—to religions that contradict evidence, defy logic, or ignore the observable world. Why? The reasons are complex, deeply human, and often emotional. But when these reasons replace reason itself, it can lead to what we call a fundamental error—the misalignment of belief systems with reality in a way that limits personal growth, distorts truth, and creates social harm. Let’s be honest. Religion offers what reality often doesn’t: People turn to religion for comfort in a world that feels chaotic, cruel, or unpredictable. The idea of a divine plan, eternal life, or cosmic justice can make suffering seem meaningful—e...

Costco Plans to Launch Its First Stand-Alone Gas Station in California — and It's Set to Be the Biggest Yet

📍 Mission Viejo, CA In a bold move that bucks a couple of industry trends, Costco is preparing to open its first-ever stand-alone gas station in California — and it’s shaping up to be the warehouse giant’s largest fuel site to date. Set to be built at 25732 El Paseo in the Mission Viejo Freeway Center, right off the I-5, the upcoming station will sit alongside heavy-hitter retailers like Krispy Kreme, Best Buy, and Petco — making it a potentially high-traffic hub for South OC commuters. According to reporting by the Orange County Register, city officials greenlit the project back in March. The new gas station will take over the site of a closed Bed Bath & Beyond, with demolition, grading, and permits currently in motion. If all goes to plan, construction is expected to begin this fall, with a Spring 2026 grand opening on the calendar. While many gas stations pair their fuel pumps with a convenience store — often where the bulk of profits are made — this stand-alone mod...

The "Due Process" Conundrum for Undocumented Persons

In the United States, the phrase "due process" has a certain sanctity—it's enshrined in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, promising that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without fair procedures. It's a shield designed to protect individuals from arbitrary actions by the government. But how does this constitutional principle apply to those who find themselves on U.S. soil without the necessary papers to prove their lawful entry? Let’s dig into this controversial issue, the process of due process for the undocumented, and the constitutional implications of how this plays out. The "Due Process" Conundrum for the Undocumented At first glance, it may seem like the concept of due process wouldn't apply to people who are on U.S. soil without permission. After all, the very nature of being undocumented suggests that one has bypassed the legal requirements for entry or remained beyond their lawful v...

Mpox Remains Public Health Emergency of International Concern - WHO

Katson Maliro/WHO Scaling up response to curb growing mpox outbreak in African region. 10 June 2025 Premium Times (Abuja) By Mariam Ileyemi PREMIUM TIMES review of WHO global mpox trends shows that the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) remains the epicentre, consistently reporting between 200 and 600 new weekly cases. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has maintained that Mpox, formerly known as monkeypox, continues to constitute a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). WHO Director-General, Tedros Ghebreyesus, made this declaration following the fourth meeting of the International Health Regulations (IHR) Emergency Committee held on 5 June, where global health experts reviewed the situation and advised to uphold the emergency status. In a statement, Mr Ghebreyesus said that although some countries have made progress in responding to the outbreak, the overall situation remains concerning. He noted that the decision was influenced by the continuous in...

More of the crazy Tie Break from 1995, with Jorgos Skolias, cassette

I posted their stuff in 3 separate installments, here with 1989 , here with 1990's cassette Duch , here  with 1991's Gin Gi Lob.  They never strayed from the wild progressive mixture of uptempo nuttiness vocals plus angular dissonant music.  I think this one completes their 1990s oeuvre , assuming the Retrospective is a compilation. A track called  odszukany w cieniu gives you a clear idea of the totality, and note that the music accompanies spoken poetry from the person called Jana Twardowskiego: A track called Telefon milczy sounds like the Super Freego from recently: Shockingly uncompromising music for 1995, I'd say. source https://progressreview.blogspot.com/2025/06/more-of-crazy-tie-break-from-1995-with.html

The Timeless Legacy of the Chevy El Camino

The Timeless Legacy of the Chevy El Camino The Unlikely Legend – A Car That Became a Culture There are muscle cars. There are trucks. And then there’s the Chevy El Camino — the unforgettable, genre-defying machine that turned heads and rewrote the rulebook. Part car, part pickup, part outlaw, the El Camino wasn’t just transportation — it was an attitude on wheels. In a world where vehicles fit neatly into categories, the El Camino crashed the party with something no one saw coming: a car that hauled lumber during the day and cruised the boulevard at night. 🛠 A Bold Beginning: The 1959 Debut The El Camino first hit American streets in 1959, Chevy’s response to the Ford Ranchero, a coupe utility vehicle that had already tested the market. But Chevrolet wasn’t content to just copy and paste — they designed the El Camino with a lower stance, sleeker lines, and a touch of muscle-car sex appeal. It was a pickup, yes — but it had soul. And chrome. Lots of chrome. Though the initi...
